I heard to declare to ur parents u r gay, it would be like losing someone dear to them..
like u are dead because of their dreams of having a grandchildren suddenly vanish, or someone they know suddenly got lost.. lifestyle becomes different and they have to adapt a new one all over again..

but other than that.. u still love them and they still love u
